I used to have a HORRIBLE time with split ends. I used a product called Keraphix or Kerafix. Can't remember who made it, but it was basically a keratin treatment. Ion brand has a pretty good keratin treatment. You have to use it more than once to get the repairs done, but it really worked for me. I'd say any keratin treatment would help you.

I'm not sure what your price range is, but if you don't mind spending about $25, I'd highly recommend Aveda's Damage Remedy. It's an "intensive restructuring treatment" that they recommend leaving on for 5 minutes but you can leave it on for a lot longer. It's actually the exact same thing as they would use if you went into an Aveda salon for a restructuring treatment - they just put it in your hair, have you wear a shower cap, and put you under a dryer for about 15 minutes, which you could easily do at home.
