I am highlighting my hair and i wondered...

what does it mean when it says 'do not use on relaxed hair'?

Also, I have side bangs so how should i put it in so that it looks natural?

Should I put it symmetrically or like staggered or something?

Relaxed hair is hair that has been chemically treated with a relaxing cream, usually this is done by women of color to straighten kinky hair.

And I would go with staggered, its less harsh, and will grow out better if you don't like it.

the relaxed hair warning only says you shouldnt use it if your hair has been permanently straightened but i have had that done and it comes out just fine.

go have it done.. I am sorry but highlights are too hard and will look tacky if done incorrectly.

My understanding of relaxed hair is having it chemically straightened. As far as putting the highlights in yourself, I have never done that. I prefer having my professionally done because I'm so apt to screw it up royally. Logically, my mind says to do on your bangs the way you do the rest of your hair. Having never had bangs..I'm probably not the best source of an answer in that area.

choose a color close to yours and don't space it out to much blend it in idk what "relaxed hair means"

totally do highlights maybe a blonde or a crazy pink if your totally fun 2 be around!!! and for the bangs totally staggered my bff she has side sway bangs and light blue staggered highlights tottally get those all the guys are crawling all over her!!!! Good Luck!!!!

when it says do not put on "relaxed hair" that means chemically straightened hair.

to make your side swept bangs a little more naturally highlighted..take a small section and leave it out and then take a small middle setion and place your highlights on a diagonal...going with the side its being swept to. when u take this section weave some pieces out so that it doesnt look like a chunk in your bangs.
