I have been having blond highlights for a while now and this week i asked to go a little lighter and the hairdresses did it sooo blond but all the roots and my whole head had a carrot ginger tinge!!
So as i go on hol in 5 days and cannot get back to the hairdresses i decided to buy 'nice and easy' level 2 light ash blond to tone it down and hopefully get rid of the ginger.
But i have just applied it and my hair has gone dark brown still with a golden tinge and the roots!!! Please please what can i do?
Can i buy another dye to try going lighter again? I have just washed it 4 times and it looks no different.

Ask the Sally store associate to show you where Clairol Professional's Uncolor Semi Permanent Haircolor Remover is located.
1) Buy the Semi Permanent Remover, Uncolor. It's a liquid.
2) All you do is squirt it all over your hair, lather it in your hair like you would shampoo.
3) Put a plastic shower cap over your head
4) Sit around your house for 30 minutes, then shampoo it off.
If you can sit under a heated dryer for 30 minutes, this will remove even more of the semi dye.
You do not need to apply a strong chemical or bleach or haircolor to remove semi permanent color like Nice %26amp; Easy.
Just buy this lather in liquid at Sally and you should be able to pull most of the Semi off of your hair with minimal damage.
