Brown hair with blonde highlights?!?

okay i have brown hair and i really want blonde highlights in it.

do i go to a salon and do it? or do I just go it at home?

GO TO THE SALON.... a good salon and pay for the senior stylist. If you do not you may end up with orange streaks. Brown hair has a lot of natural red in it... lighting it will make it orange. Only a professional knows how to tone it properly.

I would recommend going to a salon for highlights. They will know exactly where to place them and how to mix the color. I once tried the caps with the holes in it, and it was not a pretty scenario!

I have had highlights many times, and I love them!

But go to a salon to have them done...

i have had it done both ways before if you looking for something cheap there is a kit that target and wal-mart sell for about 10 bucks its called revlon color frost it comes with a cap and the bleach it works really well i have dark brown hair and used it many times before and not had one problem with my hair turning orange but you may want to have some one help you when pulling your hair through the holes in the cap cuz you need to make sure the hair is evenly pulled out every where other wise you might have a big mess. both are great its just up to you
